Have you ever noticed that there are some people that seem to enjoy phenomenal health and wellbeing while others seem to struggle every step of the way?

Have you ever wondered how some people are able to survive incredible accidents whilst others seem to surrender to more “insignificant” knocks? Are you curious as to why you suddenly get a cold when you are about to enjoy a relaxing holiday? Well that is how it was and still is for me!

I started off my working career as a Registered Nurse and even during my training I knew that there was more. I was intensely curious as to how some people were able to beat the odds and recover, whilst others didn’t survive, even though the medical sciences were unable to detect a cause for their decline. Whilst I enjoyed working with patients, I became frustrated with the length of time that I spent with each individual, so it became a natural progression for me to continue my nursing career in the community setting. I enjoyed visiting people in their own homes and was able to treat them in the context of their usual lives, rather than a biomedical environment.

Relocating states meant that it was difficult to find a similar job, so I took my passion of working with people on a one to one basis and trained as a Massage Therapist. I subsequently trained in various modalities and my current techniques are a hybrid blend of many disciplines including Myofascial Release Technique, Emmett Technique, Fascial Kinetics, NST and Dorn Therapy. Again curiosity drove me to continue to explore why some clients were getting great results with a remission of their symptoms, whilst others did not respond so well to any therapy that they had attended.

Having a belief that there is a body mind connection then lead me to my studies in Psychology where I believed there would be the answers enabling me to treat clients more wholistically. It was during this time that I was fortunate to come across NLP and Life Coaching where I was finally able to find the tools that could empower my clients and assist them in their recovery and journey towards wellness. And so it is with great joy and gratitude that I am able to offer you these services today.
