Hilary started her career in education and has many years of teaching experience. In 1995, she completed a degree in Psychology which sparked her interest in the therapeutic applications of hypnosis.

Hilary is a passionate advocate of hypnotherapy because it allows clients to make long- lasting, positive changes in a relatively short time.
